Overview

Items on DonaldSwanDesigns.com are printed at the time your order is placed. Because of this, we can not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the event that you ordered the wrong size, or color, entered incorrect shipping information, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, DonaldSwanDesigns.com offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by email, or by using the Contact Form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your refund request and photo(s) are received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received everything we need. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@donaldswandesigns.com
